A re-imagined contemporary 1920’s Spanish home in the heart of the West Adams district of Los Angeles. Our challenge was to take the existing charm and craftsman detail of 100 years past, and add a functional modern twist that seamlessly married old and new. White oak, formed concrete, and hand-crafted tile saw elements of danish craftsmanship, Japanese minimalism, and Mediterranean living brought together in a cohesive package full of effortless form and tactful function. - LH
